About me

Jesper Tingvall wearing a VR headset

I’m flow-junkie addicted to programming games currently living in Linköping, Sweden. My portfolio consists of a lot of quite many games, some of them has won awards or been nominated. Most of the games have been created during Game Jams. I currently work as a product expert at Simplygon where I help the AAA game industry optimize their games.

I have experience of using video game technology for non-video game areas. Companies I’ve worked with includes Scania, Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, Toyota Material Handling. Sadly most of the work I’ve been doing for those clients can not be showcased publicly online.

I am well used to arrange workshops and give talks on game development. Among other conferences I’ve talked at GDC24, GDC23 and LiU Game Conference. I am most passionate about sharing my knowledge about indie development, Unity and game optimizations.
